Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM), under a sub-agreement by Winrock International in the USAID supported Bangladesh Counter-Trafficking in Person (BC-TIP) program (Grant award number: AID-388-1-14-00003), is implementing a project titled “Strengthen Access of Assistance to the Trafficking Survivors in Bangladesh” initially for a period of 2 years from May 2015 to May 2017. The project will be implemented in Jessore and Shatkhira district.

Applications are invited from the potential experienced and qualified candidates for recruitment in the following staff positions:

1. Project Coordinator (Women candidate Only) : One position based in Jessore. Must have minimum master’s degree in any discipline of Social Science with at least 5 years of practical experiences working with reputed NGOs in the field of combating human trafficking and migration. Practical experience in project management, reporting and networking, develop and capacity building will be the added advantage. Monthly salary (all inclusive) Tk. 25,000.00 with one full festival bonus in a year.
2. Integration & Livelihood Officer: One position based in Jessore. Must have graduation or master’s degree in any discipline of Social Science with at least  3 to 5 years of practical experiences to work with victim, vulnerable women for developing their livelihood including skill development, business support and link with job. Monthly salary (all inclusive) Tk. 20,000.00 with one full festival bonus in a year.
3. Admin & Accounts Assistant: One position based in Jessore. Must have minimum B.Com/M.Com degree with at least 3 years of practical experiences working with reputed NGOs as Admin & Accounts Assistant/Officer.  Monthly salary (all inclusive) Tk. 18,000.00 with one full festival bonus in a year.
4. Office Assistant: One position based in Jessore. Must have minimum SSC passed with at least 1 year of practical experiences working with any organization/NGOs as Office Assistant or Program Assistant. Survivors of ANIRBAN will get preference. Monthly salary (all inclusive) Tk. 5,000.00 with one full festival bonus in a year.
