DhakaAhsania Mission (DAM) invites application for the following position for immediate appointment in the upcoming 4-years SHOUHARDO III Project, in partnership with CARE Bangladesh and funding support of USAID. The goal of the project is to”Improve gender equitable food security,nutrition and resilience of vulnerable people within Bangladesh for 549,000 poor and extremely poor people by 2020' DAM is likely to implement the project in Sunamgonj and Hobigonj districts .

POSITION  LEVEL  IN  SHOUHARDO III PROJECT:
LEVEL-3,
Name of the Position -Assistant Finance Officer (AFO)
Bench Mark for the Position

• M.Com with 2 years experience or B.Com with 3 years practical experiences in financial management of a large project.
• Skill in voucher preparation, financial data maintaining, Banking, GAAP, Vat, Tax etc.
• Assist work of Finance Officer for payment, budget preparation, cash/advance management.
• Good administrative and financial management skill, ability to work in a team, good interpersonal skill.
• Computer soft ware skill (MS Word, MS excel and email communication)

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Books of Records (Cash book, GL etc.)Petty cash and preparing payment voucher. Banking, assist to APM finance/Finance Officer for preparing budget and financial reports.Maintain program advance status and timely adjustment. Assist to comply issues to the staffs liaison with finance department CARE and organizational. S/he will be based in project office and has to visit field frequently.

LEVEL: -4
Name of the Position -Field Facilitator -FF
Bench Mark for the Position

• Bachelor in social Science/any other discipline or equivalent with 3-4 years working experience in development sector.
• Good facilitator and have experience in working with community people.
• Capable to mobilize support structure to be responsive.
• Understanding of multidimensional activities.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Skill of community mobilization.
• Effective planning and implementation.
• Progress tracking and documentation.
• Networking with UP level service providers.
• Willing to drive motorcycle and should have valid driving license.
• Working experiences in the context of hoar and work with local government systems especially UP.
• Experience on participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) and community led approach
