Position: Audit Officer/Sr. Audit Officer

Job Description/Responsibility:
The purpose of the job is ensuring mitigate the risk of the organization at a minimum level and also ensuring that the internal control of the organization works effectively and efficiently.

• Preparing annual audit plan in consultation with management;
• Conduct periodic internal audit of Head Office and projects field offices outside Dhaka and recommends in ensuring the highest standard of financial and project management system;
• Check & review all kinds of transactions as per compliance with corporate policies, Rules & Regulations and law of the land;
• Provide regular briefing and report audit findings and recommendations to senior management;
• Must have capable to conduct risk based audit as per internal audit plan at Head office; different institutions and all projects office at Dhaka & outside Dhaka;
• Sharing factual findings to the concern management & prepare audit report;
• Prepare monthly & quarterly audit report and follow up reports maintaining its deadlines;
• Follow-up audit observation & recommendations and suggest measures for compliances maintains its deadlines;
• Assist the Team Leader to perform all sorts of audits, pre-audit& any other activities;
• Performing physical inventory/cash counting at head office & different institutions or projects of DAM as monthly basis as and when required;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the higher authority.

Job Nature:
Full-time

Educational Requirements:
M Com/MBA in Accounting with CA (CC)

Experience Requirements:
At least 05 years of relevant experience, Preferably   with NGO,

• Age almost 40 years
• Computer skills on Microsoft office Applications
• Excellent interpersonal and team work skills

Job Location:
Head Office, Dhaka with frequent travel to field offices

Salary Range:
Tk. 25,000 / Tk. 30,000 (initial take home money)
