Project Manager
(01)

Masters in Social Science, any advance training/diploma will be added advantage. 6-8 years of progressive experience at development organization particularly monitoring & evaluation of multi donor project. Grassroots experience, fair understanding of different geographical locations, people & culture of Bangladesh, familiar with contemporary social development initiative & approach is desirable and fair understanding of children education in different geographical location. Extension field visit will be required. Candidate should be fluent in English both written & oral. Computer literacy is must. Age Limit-50, Duty Station- Head Office, Dhaka including frequent field visit.

Manager –Finance & Accounts (01)

M.Com/ MBA in Accounting or Finance with CACC, 2-5 Years experience in audit, finance management in multi-donor funded projects, audit and providing technical support to the field. Familiarity in financial and inventory/asset management reporting. Skill in Tally accounting software is given preference. Age limit 45 years. Duty Station- Head Office, Dhaka including frequent field visit.

Coordinator – Monitoring & Evaluation  (01)

Post Graduate Degree with 5-8 years of practical experiences in MIS, Documentation & Monitoring skills in non-formal primary education project. Familiarity in data management, monitoring, logical framework is must also have experience in participatory monitoring system. Candidate should have fluency in English and Bengali both written and verbal communication. Applicants should have vast knowledge about Microsoft Office Based Computer Application Program. Age limit 45 years. Duty Station- Head Office, Dhaka including frequent field visit.

Coordinator - Basic Education
(01)

Masters in Social Science, 5-7 years of experience at non formal education project management. Familiarity to handle education program. Material development work, good community mobilization skills, excellent linkage building with local community. Extension field visit will be required. Candidate should be fluent in English both written & oral. Computer literacy is must. Age Limit-45, Duty Station- Head Office, Dhaka including frequent field visit.

Coordinator – Training (01)

Masters or equivalent degree in Social Science with at least 5-7 years experience in related field.
The candidate must have proven ability to assess training needs and design training courses, to develop curriculum manuals/modules. Candidate should have fluency in English and Bengali both written and verbal communication. To organize training, workshop, seminar, symposium and provide support to the Team in all the required tasks. Age limit 45 years. Duty Station- Head Office, Dhaka including frequent field visit.

Accounts and Admin Officer (01)

M.Com/MBA/CA course completed 3-5 years practical experiences in accounting in donor funded projects. Skilled in preparing monthly accounts, fund disbursement to the field offices and reporting. Skills in Tally accounting software are given preference. Age limit 35 years. Duty Station- Head Office, Dhaka including frequent field visit.

Field Manager (02)

Masters in Social Science, 3-5 years of experience at non formal education project management at upazilla level, good community mobilization skill, excellent linkage building and local level campaign expertise, skills in reporting and fund management. Age limit 35 years. Duty Station: Itna & Mithamoin Area Office including frequent field visit.

Technical Officer (04)

Masters in Social Science having 2-3 years of working experiences in education project and in particular training/facilitation back ground with TOT. Excellent facilitation skills with management of the training courses/ community/ teacher’s orientation. Skills in report writing. Age limit 35 years. Duty Station: Itna & Mithamoin Area Office including frequent field visit.

Admin and Finance Assistant (02)

Minimum Graduates having 2-3 years experiences in administrative and logistics management in offices/ NGOs. Basic book-keeping skill is required. Age limit 35 years. Duty Station: Itna & Mithamoin Area Office including frequent field visit.

Field Supervisor (10)

Minimum Graduates having 2-3 years experiences in NFPE. To monitor the regular activities of the Tutors. Arrange meeting, workshop, seminar and session in the assigned areas. Ensure learner progress and attendance at regular basis. All types of data collection, data preservation and also data dissemination to the relevant person of the project. Age Limit-32. Duty Station: Itna & Mithamoin Area Office.

Support Staff (03)

SSC Pass. Minimum 3 years relevant experience with development sector.  Age Limit-30. Duty Station- Dhaka HO and Itna & Mithamoin Area Office.
