Project Coordinator -

Job Context:

Project title: Ashshash: For Men and Women who have escaped Trafficking
Date of start : 01.11.2019
Reporting to: Project Manager
Job Location: The position is based in Jashore and Khulna.

Job Responsibilities

Project Coordinator will be full time in the project.
He/She will be responsible for overall project management.
He / She will supervise three upazilla under two Social mobilizes.
Project Coordinator will coordinate with the TSP’s for successful completion of skills development training, on the job training and business/employment up to six months of the beneficiaries.
Project Coordinator will be responsible for capacity development of the CTIPs and ANIRBAN.
He/She will coordinate and communicate with Program manager, Counselor, Program finance and Local level stakeholders for successful management of the project

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Masters degree in any field of following discipline preferably: social work, sociology, victimology and restorative justice, criminology, police science, psychology, Human Rights, anthropology, Economics, law or English.

Experience Requirements: At least 7 of years’ experience in project management in similar position on Human trafficking, Safe migration, Gender, Child protection, legal aid, Violence Against Women, Human rights and advocacy issue in National and International organization.

Additional Requirements

Age Range: 31-45 years
Advance computer skills especially in MS office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc). Both English and Bangla typing skill is a must.
Willing to work with direct beneficiaries (survivors, at risk and common people) in the rural area.
Standard English language skill (reading, writing, listening, speaking) is essential.
Dynamic leadership (ability to motivate and develop others)
Behavioral: Goal oriented, victim-friendly, diplomatic, flexible, adaptive, punctual, time-bound.
Excellent skills in facilitation, writing, presentation and report writing
Ability to work in a diverse team setting.

Job Location: Jashore and Khulna

Salary: 35,000/- per month (gross)

2. Counselor

Job context:

Job Location: The position is based in Jashore and Khulna.

Job responsibilities:

Counselor will be full time in the project
Counselor will give counseling to the indentified beneficiaries.
She will visit the project location and will be responsible for counseling each of the beneficiaries
She will coordinate with project coordinator for counseling in the project locations.
She will keep records of counseling progress data and information of the beneficiaries.
She will give a ready to go certificate to the beneficiaries for admission in the skills training/Job.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Masters degree in any field of following discipline preferably: Social work, Sociology, Psychology, anthropology, law or English.

Experience Requirements: At least 5 of years’ experience in providing counseling in similar position for Human trafficking, Safe migration, Violence Against Women, Human Rights and Child protection issues in National and International organization.

Job context:

Reporting to: Project Coordinator
Job Location: The position is based in Jashore and Khulna.

Job responsibilities:

Upazila Social mobilizes will be full time position in the project locations
Upazila Social mobilizes will be responsible for upazila, union and ward level activities of the project location.
They will identify CTIP activists and develop CTIPs.
They will facilitate the CTIPs for identification and enrollment of the beneficiaries.
They will arrange outreach and awareness activities
They will be responsible for referral services of the beneficiaries for social protection
They will follow up the services with support of ANIRBAN.
They will follow up the empowerment process of the beneficiaries as well as their families.
They will keep individual records of the beneficiaries with supporting documents.
They will have coordination with among themselves, with PC, Counselor, CTIPs and ANIRBAN.

Employment Status: Full-time

Job responsibilities:

Admin and Accounts Officer will be a full time position in the project locations.
Admin and Accounts will keep and maintain all financial records, documents according to DAM and WI policies and guidelines.
He/ She will keep regular communications with Upazila Social Mobilizes.
He/she will keep regular accounts and financial matters
He/ She will keep communication with Coordinator Finance & Accounts of Finance and Accounts Division, DAM for financial solutions and timely fund disbursement in the field office.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Masters degree in any field of following discipline: Finance, Accounting. Marketing, Business studies etc.

Experience Requirements: At least 3 of years’ experience in similar position working in any development project or project/program for Human trafficking, Safe migration, Violence Against Women and Child protection issues in National and International organization.

He /She will help in office entertainment

Educational Requirements: Passed SSC

Experience Requirements: At least 1 of year experience in similar position working in any development project or project/program for Human trafficking, Safe migration, Violence Against Women and Child protection issues in National and International organization.

Additional Requirements

Age Range: 20-35 years
Willing to work with direct beneficiaries (survivors, at risk and common people) in the rural area.
Standard English language skill (reading and understanding) is essential.
Behavioral: victim-friendly, flexible, adaptive, punctual, time-bound.
Ability to work in a diverse team setting.

Job Location: Jashore and Khulna

Salary: 7,000/- per month (gross)
