Human Resource Officer - |
Minimum Bachelors in Human Resource Management and professional diploma with at least 5 years’ experience. Work experience in the humanitarian and/or development field will be preferred. Good command of English (written and spoken). Provide general secretarial and administrative support (updating staff files and contracts, handling correspondence, registration and filing, etc.). Provide administrative follow-up for recruitment and training activities. Report HR issues within his/her responsibilities. Update and maintain HR data and records e.g. compensation, absences, etc. Deal with general queries related to HR, including benefits and benefit eligibility. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Excellent sense of responsibility and confidentiality. Good communication, writing and presentation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, respecting the established framework. Age limit not more than 40 years. |
