Project Officer (01) |
Essential qualifications and experience:
- Specialized experience on Education in national or International organizations;
- 4-5 years of experience at human rights, Child Rights and Child Protection , Gender base Violence
- Experience in implementing psycho-social and protection programs (design of work plan, log frame, M/E tools, vulnerability criteria, reporting, etc.
- Experience in implementation of education program in different education sub-sectors;
- Experience child protection;
- Practical knowledge and skills in Interpersonal communication & facilitation;
- Experience with capacity building of staff, and in convening and facilitating Seminar/workshops;
- Experience in Budgeting for Project Based program;
- Excellent analytical and report writing skills in English and Bengali;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; familiarity with MSWord, Excel, Power Point; Excellent organizational skills with a willingness to assume responsibilities and take initiative; ability to be a team player;
Skills required demonstrating:
- Communication and facilitation;
- Report writing;
- Use of social analytical tools and participatory techniques;
- Computer literacy as appropriate for progressive monitoring and evaluation activities specially Excel, SPSS, Power Point so on;

Essential qualifications and experience:
- Should have knowledge on human rights, Child Rights community mobilization, related tools and techniques.
- Experience in community mobilization and Rights and Governance related activities implementation at field level particularly at urban slum context.
- Positive attitude as development activities, team spirit and accommodative within team and community level.
- Basic orientation on Street and working child context
- Excellent quality in linkage building and local level campaign expertise
- Skills in writing report, case study and fund management.
- Working knowledge with govt. officials

Outreach Worker (01) |
Essential qualifications and experience:
- Should have knowledge on human rights, Child Rights community mobilization, related tools and techniques.
- Assist in implementation of Outreach Program
- Organize and arrange simulative and recreational activities (IPT, Peer Group session, Day Observation, Parents Meeting and so on)
- Assist to increase community engagement to adolescent girls/boys, children.
- Ensure that community leaders and parents' knowledge on personal safety plan, personal hygiene, cleanliness, better sanitation etc.
- Any other responsibilities given by the superior to achieve the project goals
