Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is a National NGO with Consultative Status with UN ECOSOC and UNESCO. It works for social and spiritual development of the community. Founded with the motto of ‘Divine and Humanitarian Service’, over 62 years DAM has been serving the human community for improved living conditions enhancing people’s capacities to multi-dimensional field programs and inner potentials.


Dhaka Ahsania Mission is implementing a 5 years non-formal extended primary education project titled “Education Services for Upliftment of Ultra-poor Slum Dwellers (KAAP-UUP) Project” in Mohammadpur and Mirpur in Dhaka City and Saidpur in Nilphamari District with the financial support by King Abdullah Humanitarian Foundation (KAHF)

Technical Officer (01)
Duty Station: Saidpur in Nilphamari District including frequent field visit.
Age limit: 35 years.

Essential qualifications and experience:

  • Masters in Social Science Degree from UGC approved university;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experiences in education project and in particular training /facilitation back ground with TOT;
  • Excellent facilitation skills with management of the training courses/community/teacher’s orientation. Skills in report writing.

Key Competencies to acquire and practice:

  • Outstanding analytical and writing skills and proven ability to quickly understand complex challenges and propose solutions in organized, articulate concept papers, reports, and proposals;
  • Skills of developing curriculum, manual on different trades;
  • ­Prepare Project Proposals for mobilization of human, technical or financial resources as project demand.

BDT 30,000 with Other benefits.Other benefits will pay as per project provision and organizational policy.

Employment Status: Contractual
Contract Period: Initial Contract up to 14 July, 2025.
