Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is implementing a 5 years non-formal extended primary education project titled “FaelKhair Integrated Rehabilitation Program for Upliftment of Ultra Poor Slum Dwellers” in Mohammadpur and Mirpur in Dhaka City and Saidpur in Nilphamari District with the financial support from IsDB.

Job Summary:
The project manager manages and supports all activities pertaining to the project management and implementation, including planning, management, monitoring, and supervision of all project related activities.
The incumbent is supervised by Project Director who defines general work objectives and provides necessary advice and guidance. The incumbent may supervise some staff in the office and field. The incumbent maintains regular contact on a working level on routine issues with DAM management, IsdB project coordinator, other stakeholders and government partners in the area to facilitate the operations. The incumbent directly supervises KAAP UUP project staff involved in the project, and reports to the Project Director. The duty of the incumbent is to support and monitor the management of project implementation activities and within the geographical area covered by the office while exercising efficiency in the use of available resources for the project.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressively verifiable experience in the field of Education, Child Protection, social mobilization and project management.

Education: Master’s degree in field of Social science, Development Studies (candidates with B.Ed will be given preference) Or, equivalent relevant qualification in Social Sciences.

Employment Status: Contractual

Initial Contract up to June 2025.
